To ensure you reach your fitness goals, I provide the following training options:
Personal Training:
As your personal trainer, I’ll work with you one-on-one to ensure that we target your specific goals and you get in the best shape of your life. As your personal trainer, you’ll have 100% of my attention. With each of my clients, I take your success personally and with me on your side, you will reach your goals.
Group Training:
I often have clients that want to train in a smaller group or want to train with their friends. For these clients, I offer group training. While it’s not personal training, have no fear, you’ll still get plenty of personal attention, yet in a smaller group setting.
Boot Camp (Daily/Nightly):
As a former Marine, I take the best of my experience in forging bodies and now apply a “crossfit-like” training programing for my daily and nightly bootcamp classes. While the workout is intense, I keep things fun and light hearted. So, have no fear, while you will be working and getting into great shape, you’ll be doing it with a smile on your face.
