I’ve been working out with Will for a month and have noticed amazing results!
We meet twice a week and he makes every one of those 60 minutes count! I’ve met with a lot of trainers and his technique is by far the best. He pushes me and is very encouraging, 2 things that are important to me!
Along with the intense workouts, he provides great nutritional information, listens to any concerns I may have and always has an answer for my questions. He is full of knowledge and great fitness information. I enjoy the atmosphere at the gym as well, very positive place. I like the fact that it’s small so each person gets the personal attention they need without having a bunch of people watch you, like most big gyms.
He really is the best trainer I’ve encountered!

I have trained with Will for 3 months now and I am really enjoying it.
I do workouts with him twice a week focusing mostly on weight training, strengthening and fat burning. He does a thorough intake – body fat analysis, measurements, weight and goal setting and he listens to what you want to achieve for results (strength, power, physique, endurance, etc.) and caters the workouts to your specific needs.
Having a military background and personal training background he knows the body and knows how to form workouts to get the body to respond. He offers indoor and outdoor training – which is great for variety. One time my whole workout was outside, pushing huge tires, throwing bags of weights, lunging, etc. it was great.
During the hour sessions I am pushed to my limit to add more weight to machines and do more sets than I would ever do on my own. I find that even as I lift heavier weights and do exercises I would have never tried, he sets the routine up in a way that I am not fatigued the next day. I feel tired at the end of my workout, but the next day I feel great. My lean muscle mass is building, I feel confident, stronger and leaner in my body and I am getting results!
I have worked with other trainers before and most of them don’t push you hard enough or they give you a generic workout that gets boring and your muscles don’t expand or they push you too hard and you end up hurting…I can say that Will is NOT one of the those trainers…he is the first trainer I have found who gets it right every time. Every workout is different, I am never bored and my body loves it.
I highly recommend Will at Monster in Training for his experience, his calm and supportive presence, his knowledge and his ability to work with all types of people and age groups. He is a great trainer.

Boot camp is AWESOME!!! I love it! It’s the best results I have gotten from working out EVER! I love the atmosphere and the fact that Will pushes us to the best of our ability.

Will is fantastic and makes it happen!
He is an amazing person, and he is always happy, positive and easy going. The workouts are perfect and he really understands what your body is capable of and when it is time to change things up.
I have been going to Will for the past six months and the results have been great. If you want an excellent trainer call Will, and tell him what you are looking to do. If you can show up do the work, do your cardio and keep your eating, and sleep in check, you will get the results you are looking for and probably even better!

My trainer Will Christian he runs Monster In Training. I go once a week, and each week, I’m either on the ground or head in the bucket after a hard workout. I’m thankful to have a trainer like Will pushing me to succeed. The facility is big with plenty equipment and the atmosphere is excellent.
