I consider each of my clients a “Monster in Training.” Meaning, each of us has untapped strength and abilities that we don’t even know exists. As your trainer, it’s my job to bring this out of you. To do this, I’ll work with you to understand your goals, where you are coming from and I’ll put together a solid plan of attack to take you to where you want to be. I take your success personally and, if you are willing to put in the work, together, we can accomplish anything.

I’m also a huge fan and participant in various adventure sports, including: Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, and the GoRuck Challenge. In fact, I’m such a believer in always having a goal to shoot for in your life, that I make it a point to always encourage and involve my clients to find the thing they love and go for it. So, whether you want to train for an event, lose weight, put on muscle, get toned, or simply get in the best shape of your life, I’m here to work with you and ensure that you reach your goal.

While I love to work with people one-on-one, I recognize that not everyone can afford this. As a result, I have a number of different training options, including: Personal Training, Group Training, and Daily/Nightly Group Fitness Boot Camp Classes.
